The first London plane tree planted - with the "brother" standing on the other side of the palace - around 1770.
A huge tree, over 30 meters high, with a huge spherical growth about 2 meters high.
The palace is surrounded by a beautiful French-style garden. The park's design was created in the 1660s and was created by Szymon Bogumił Zug according to the assumptions of the Le Notre garden school.
The garden consists of three levels of greenery. The first step is flowerbeds symmetrically arranged in front of the palace, the next is low boxwood mazes, and the third level is the rooms formed of sheared hornbeam-lime rows.
The rest of the park is located behind the canal. This fragment has the character of an English garden, freely formed, reminiscent of a more natural forest, not a regular park.
Plane trees once more adorned the gardens of palaces and manor houses.
The specimen in this garden is extremely impressive and beautiful.
This is the first maple-leaf plane tree in Poland planted in 1770.
It is one of the most beautiful decorative trees, and its impressive size places it at the forefront of the largest and most impressive trees found in Poland. It can reach over 30 meters in height, and the extremely spreading crown can also reach up to 30 meters. Its most recognizable feature is the unusual bark, which from a distance looks like a pinto - this decorative effect the tree owes to the gray-yellow bark, which with age begins to peel off patches revealing brighter places.
The decoration of the maple-leaf plane tree is also large, green, shiny and beautifully discoloration of autumn leaves reminiscent of the appearance of maple leaves and attractive, reddish spherical inflorescences, which in autumn transform into spherical, hairy and bristly fruits, hanging from shoots on long stalks.
A beautiful and exotic tree reserved for the most beautiful and richest court gardens.
