Unfortunately, I have to share negative reviews. The roof was installed at the end of 2016. As in any of the following opinions, the roof was installed without any ventilation, and in the ridge the membrane and sheet metal were so tightly "bent" that there was no flow. I received an answer to my comments that the lack of holes resulted from the design. Fact. But it was possible to use such expertise to advise such a necessity. And even after all, it was possible to fix this mistake in the project - of course I would pay for it as a separate order. and so I talked with Michał. But you couldn't contact the gentlemen anymore - no phone answering. So I did it with another team. Further at the end of 2019, the gutter started to leak (installed by Mdachy). The height of the gutter from the ground is 7m, so there is no way for me to do it myself. I managed to talk - both with Mr. Michał and then with Mr. Radek, who was already dating me for another week for repair. But the next week on the phone only: "Tmobile ......" I called 10 times. I wrote emails. in the end I only have to write a negative opinion ... Gentlemen do not know the concept of "after-sales service" .. Anyway, I am waiting for your phone, gentlemen!, how to remove this leak (it's probably 10 minutes of work only you need to set the scaffolding) then personally I will write about this positive experience in this opinion.
