Professionals in every sense of the word, on every level, in every form and at every stage, from advice, through implementation and ending with acceptance. Despite the prevailing conditions, I managed to make a really good purchase. My purchase was handled by several people and each of them showed reliability, full information provided during consultations, comprehensive answers to questions and the best support you can get from the seller. The set meets my requirements, and when receiving the order, I additionally bought one element that was included in the plan of subsequent purchases. Thanks to the courtesy of one of the customers and the Q21 team, I had the opportunity to listen to the equipment in the configuration that I purchased, in a room with better acoustics than at present at my place.
