For us, cooperation with KFY was and is extremely difficult. Finishing the whole apartment we did not encounter as many difficulties as with them. The furniture is beautiful - it's true. And here the end of pluses. During the assembly of furniture the first problems occurred. We were drilled into a freshly painted bedroom, despite the fact that the contractor had a plan in front of him, on which the wall thicknesses were marked. Although I sent home appliances that will be installed in the kitchen, it did not take into account that I chose a dishwasher for 45 cm and space for 60 cm - there was a 15 cm hole. Initially, they tried to convince me that they would make me a wardrobe there - zero usefulness in such a narrow cabinet so I asked to make a pull-out basket to make it functional - I was told to pay extra for it! After all, it is not my fault that they did not adapt to my equipment, which they knew before! Eventually, the business owner called and assured that a basket would be put out at their expense, so the matter was settled. Another thing - the table that was to be assembled to a traditional height, was mounted at such a height that neither traditional chairs fit it - it is too high or bar - it is too low. We had to buy bar and cut at the carpenter's. Apart from the costs, finding chairs that will still look good after undercutting is a challenge. And the icing on the cake. After about 1.5 years, a bulge began to appear on the plate next to the sink - as if the plate was swollen. I wrote an e-mail with photos and a request for really warranty (the code shows that it is 2 years). Initially, KFY could feel a lot of commitment, however, in looking for external causes of the problem. Maybe the dishwasher doesn't steam well, or maybe the oven is bad. Finally accepting the fact that the water had to get from the side of the sink, they began to look for fault in us - we flooded (we always dry the countertops thoroughly if they came into contact with water), then they began to say that in the initial design the sink was a bit further from the countertop so it's our fault because we changed the sink (we changed well in advance at the urge of the Lord who made the furniture, recommending us change to such a sink, no one informed us that it would be too close to the plate and flooding could occur, so again look for a problem where it was not). In our opinion, the CD had to be wrong, maybe imprecise or not sufficiently impregnated and the water slowly got there. In the end, we had the feeling that the company took responsibility, even ways were being sought to replace the disc in the future when we replaced the disc - we thought we were finally talking to professionals. We were told that this would be mentioned but they would let us know when Wrocław is not on their way. And so, since April 15, when the problem was reported, nothing happened. In the meantime I wrote on the company's fanpage that I invite you to replace the disc because we are still waiting - my comment was deleted, further commenting was blocked, a message was written that they did not know what was going on (ok I changed my name in the meantime but before I answered they called my husband so they knew who wrote 😊). We also contacted the furniture contractor - he also promised to contact us in this matter - also silence for 2 months. On October 6 I wrote a request for a written answer when we can expect intervention - again silence. We are currently in talks with lawyers and we will strive to be taken seriously. Kitchen furniture costs over a dozen thousand at Kitchen For You. This obliges them to be durable, but also to treat their customers professionally, Mr. Rafale. We do not recommend, although we still hope that the owner will make three deep breaths and take care of our case as he should do from the beginning. My first visit to the studio and the purchase of a kitchen. The professional approach and extensive knowledge of the seller convinced me to buy. Thanks to their advice, I saved a lot of money while renovating the kitchen. I recommend it with full responsibility !!!
