I don't know a worse store !! In the first situation, after making kitchen furniture, where the implementation time dragged on from week to week, we were informed that they did not have the selected color of the worktop and wanted to press a different one !! .. but this did not teach us .. after a year another much smaller order was placed, which was to be completed in a maximum of 2 weeks .. it is now the fifth where after graciously answering the phone we heard the answer not to call and that it is not known when There are things important and more important !! funny company that does not respect the customer !! if I could put -5 stars but oh well ... I obey everyone !!
After two months, the situation of missing items / unfinished works was suddenly remedied. To sum up: the necessity to launch the Consumer Ombudsman, tardiness in initiating contact, to end the matter, that is, trampling the path to the salon, mistakes, attitude and incompetence of the assembly team, although remarkable as a last resort, leave an asterisk - a warning from a nice owner, but and for the whole 'creativity'. The furniture itself and the greater part of the assembly team deserve more. I hope that all other transactions will run on a five-star level, which I wish all of you.
Because there are no infallible people, there are only people stubbornly more or less, fair two stars today - only two, because I do not even hope that a possible guarantee would be possible. Let opinions of others straighten the possible mistake in the assessment.
