The best place to practice in Wieluń. Not only the gym where there is so much space and equipment that you do not have to push with anyone or compete for equipment but also a fitness area with bikes and treadmills. However, the main and biggest advantage are organized classes. Typical fitness classes in the side room are an ideal proposition for women. And what attracted me there, i.e. crossfit classes taking place both for the advanced group and typically for beginners. Great atmosphere, brilliant trainers who do not approach it as if to work but build a thread of understanding that creates a friendly small community very open and willing to help for every newcomer. Great Plus priced, they appreciate Multisport so it's completely brilliant 😁
