Almost like in the PRL. Poor service organization. Eternal queues. 4 positions and one or two open. What?:-)

A strange place in the very center of the city. Receipt of a package or letter awaits one of the two queues. The press, crowds and confusion. Expressions like from a bygone era. Publishing only to deeply believing patriots and herbalists and domestic chickens.
