Nice and competent customer service, great help in choosing furniture and how to buy and deliver it to the customer's home. Everything can be negotiated and it is always so agreed
We bought two wardrobes with sliding doors, with the "Victoria" wardrobe there were no problems with assembly, except that the instruction is a misunderstanding. The second wardrobe - "Colin" is a drama. When installing the door, it turned out that the holes for the lower catches were incorrectly measured and the door did not fit on the rails. It was necessary to disassemble the hooks and screw a centimeter below the last factory drillings.
A great selection of tables and benches. That interested me today. Very nice service.
Friendly service a large range
I did not order furniture, because our plans have changed slightly, but I am very satisfied with the service. As for the BRW furniture itself, I have never been disappointed, so I also recommend it.
