The furniture made is ok so far, the approach to the customer at the project preparation stage is also ok ... Unfortunately, later it was only worse, the implementation of the order left a lot to be desired. The installation of the kitchen was supposed to take up to three days, it took well over a month. The timeliness of implementation was the most important for me, which I have pointed out many times. We got a discount on furniture, nice, unfortunately we paid more in the end, because "something" changed in a magical way in the arrangement of the cabinets and we got cargo that we did not want .... the grill under the oven). I recommend that you install household appliances and connections yourself, because there was also a "minor" problem and I had to call a plumber to check why the water is not running. I will not quote what Plumber said about the professionalism of the men and the quality of the parts used :) Maybe it is so, I didn't have the strength to argue and test anymore. Another funny story, one day during these weeks, I especially came to the construction site to finish the assembly of the door in the wardrobe, for me half a day in the back plus the cost of fuel, but what the hell, I wanted to end my cooperation. Literally, it was just about inserting the track and mounting the door in the wardrobe ... Well, only this unfortunate track was forgotten by this bear. I am just paying the outstanding portion for the "service" performed. No remorse on the part of the company, no offer of compensation for the costs to which we were exposed. P.S. Until today, I have not received invoice for the company, of course the employee informed us that the invoice for the company is so and the price goes up immediately: D. Well, I wish you improvement, if someone asks me if I recommend your company, I will definitely describe our cooperation in detail. Best regards.
