A monument with a very rich history. The object went from hand to hand and the times of magnificence are already behind. I have great doubts whether it will be overhauled. It is a pity, because it would be a beautiful building.
Renaissance palace from 1885. The bricked cellar was founded in the eighteenth century on a rectangular plan (west wing) and completed in the nineteenth century, the upper, eastern one. High gables are characterized by both wings, which were covered with gable roofs with dormers. They have a two-level loft. In the middle part of the older, one-storey west wing, there is a main entrance, which is preceded by stairs. Rich architectural details in the form of rusticated corners and window frames decorated the elevations of the palace. Bonised pilasters supporting the triangular tympanonflankja main entrance. The gables are decorated with triangular gables and are crowned with metal pinnacles. A part of the original interior decoration of the palace has survived, like a floor and a staircase built in the eastern wing. For many post-war years, the former residence used by the State Farm and other institutions has been thoroughly renovated.
Very nice place but unfortunately ruin, like most.
The Ojerzycki manor farm and the park were established opposite the church, which, due to its poor condition, was demolished at the end of the 19th century and replaced with a new building in 1910. Until 1676, this property was owned by the von Knobelsdorff family, and then it passed into the hands of the Schneider family. The first building in this area was probably built at the end of the 17th or the beginning of the 18th century. Fragments of the walls of this building have been preserved to this day. We can talk about the construction of a new palace or the reconstruction of the previous building around 1885, when by decorating with architectural details and adding the eastern wing, the then owner Eugeniusz Fryderyk Guido von Schmeling gave a neo-Renaissance character. Then the property goes into the hands of the von Hahn family and remains there until 1945.
After the war, the farm was not used and slowly fell into ruin. The former residence housed the offices of state farms and other institutions. At the end of the 1980s, the park and pond were partially cleaned, and four years later, the renovation of the building began. However, the most important renovation and restoration works began later. The monument has been restored to its former glory and now serves as a hotel.
A neo-renaissance palace built using the walls of an older building. The main body of the building is one-story, built on a rectangular plan, with a basement and a usable attic, covered with a high, gable roof with dormers. The front elevation is symmetrically composed of nine axes with a short but high eastern wing added transversely. Nine axes are divided into three equal parts, including the main entrance in the central part, highlighted by a portal. The portal is made of rusticated pilasters supporting a classic triangular tympanum. At the height of the roof, the central three-axis part is crowned with a slender gable reaching the ridge. On the eastern side, a high wing was added transversely to the side elevation, set with its gable on the side of the facade. The planes of the triangular gables were divided by prominent cornices with characteristic protrusions at the edges, and all gables were topped with metal pinnacles. The elevations were decorated with bonnons.
