Three customer service stations and one open. The second of the serving ladies is busy in the back room. Lots of people in line. After 20 minutes of waiting, nothing moved further .... and the lady from the back room did not come back. I resigned .... it is a waste of time and I propose to eliminate the point as there are no people for customer service.
