At 1 Maja 22, there is one of the nicer buildings in Świebodzin. It is listed as a villa in the Commune Register of Monuments, but its appearance is more like a palace. It is a magnificent brick building in neo-gothic style. It is difficult to get the exact data from its history, but already on postcards from the end of the 19th century it is visible in all its glory. It is also known that it housed a cigar factory at that time, owned by Oskar Minke. Currently, nothing has lost its appearance, and the brick wall standing nearby is also inscribed in the register of monuments. The beauty of this historic building is added by its culmination in the form of a towering turret. Currently, the building is the seat of many offices and public institutions.
