Long waiting times. Packages do not arrive on time. I do not recommend.

Long waiting time at the windows. Some employees claim that you can not receive confirmation by SMS. Letters, packages often do not come and I often receive letters addressed to other people from the other end of the city !!! Despite complaints, no visible improvement.
