The journey from Silesia to the Netherlands lasted 24 hours, the vehicle was technically inoperable. Taking private business at the expense of passengers is a joke. Sanitary standards not followed, people one on top of the other. Lack of communication between the base and drivers, in addition, the company knew well that such a situation could happen. I recommend avoiding a wide berth.

The journey on 8/08/20 from the Cieszyn area (3:30 am) to Stuttgart took 20 hours. When booking by phone, there were assurances that I would be there around 16-17 max. I do not recommend the company! The people I was traveling with were also misled. The service office That day claimed that there were no such assurances and that we had a problem with ourselves. That he would at least apologize or try to ease the dispute. Unfortunately, some features of personal culture have been forgotten. Drama!!

Even one star is not the company is simply incomplete and not responsible ... Throughout dorge in Germany driving in emergency mode after a few phone calls to the office I said that I would call the police so they called the driver and told my girlfriend at once in eight their summer daughter got off the bus 150 km from Poland. The border was treated by a woman and a child as a normal tragedy .......

Transport company Olsok. Yesterday at 8:30 pm my children left Rotterdam for Praszka. They have just arrived. The journey lasted 20 hours !!! A woman from the office is surprised that at 3 p.m. I scream where my children are. From 4 pm, the office has not answered my phone and the children have lost their phones. I do not wish such experiences to anyone and do not recommend them to anyone. Instead of changing in Krapkowice to Praszka, they traveled via Zawiercie. They do not issue receipts.
