Classic Polish/Turkish kebab. Long wait, but very good sauce especially!

We ordered the mutton kebab, the roll was very good, the salads too, the meat was cold and poor quality (the luncheon meat was barely toasted), the sauces are a complete misunderstanding - tasteless and made with ready-made meat. Nice and fast service, a big minus for the ubiquitous dirt.
Very medium kebab, first served with hot sauce instead of mild, after reporting it, they apologized pleasantly, the cashier explained to another what happened and gave it to him, he went back, threw out some of the meat from the top, added mild sauce and covered it with salads. At the bottom, still spicy, moderately tasty kebab, bitter salads and in a small amount.
