Shockingly poor service from the staff and management at this venue.
We've ordered 3 pizzas over the weekend for delivery via an online booking system.
1. The pizza arrived after nearly 2 hours.
2. We've selected an option to pay via card, the delivery man did not bring a terminal.
3. The delivery man claimed the reason he did not bring a terminal is because my female friend made a mistake during the booking because she is a woman......therefore he is not shocked.
4. The pizza arrived cold.
5. The pizza tasted like it had cheap plastic cheese.
We've called the management to complain about the service and poor standard we've experienced, after over an HOUR of the management trying to argue their behaviour, we have received a sad 50% off of our next pizza.
Disgustingly poor behaviour. We will be all making formal complaints to UOKiK.
