I can't wait for the card and for the pin for a year now I ask for a pin for the card I don't recommend 0 stars The employee said that it would be two days and that It turned out that a year or two for a pin to Cards to ask honestly I do not recommend bank pekao SA embarrassment

I thought it was a very good bank until the situation happened when the ATM did not pay me 700 PLN and the money was taken from the account ... There is no employee competence in the bank, they told us to wait 2 weeks and not to make any complaints because they were supposed to come back after the correction. At the hotline, however, they said something different and accepted the complaint. I was waiting for a reply and after a week I called on the helpline to check at what stage it is, I got information that they have 30 days to process the complaint, so they deliberately mislead customers because the law changed that year and they have 14 days to process the complaint. After 2 weeks, I contacted the hotline again and each time the consultant tried to convince me that they have 30 days to consider the complaint and can not tell me anything because they have system failures. They can see the client somewhere, because the situation repeated several times until finally one consultant was competent enough to confirm that the law had changed and the complaint should be resolved within 2 weeks but nothing more can be said because she has no access to it. Over a month has passed and no decisions have been made, and no one knows anything about this, the deadline for the bank's response has passed. I already have enough of this, it would be interesting if the opposite situation were there and I were a relative to the bank PLN 700, it would probably interest immediately, paid letters and reminders would come and everything would be clear and clear ... Just type in google "complaint pekao SA" - I'm not the only case is this multitude ... I honestly DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! Edit. Cash register after half a year of waiting !!!
