Typical referee pathology. Examples: patron of the plaintiff called me from "disgusting shit", which ostafin judge pretended not to hear. Example 2: allowing for asking the same question for one witness, but for the next no longer and no possibility of expression.- Judge of the town of Trakai. He blows the post-Communion from the part of the judges who are ruling there - but what to expect from the descendants of people who sought fuel for tractor communists ...

Inheritance matter settled in my opinion very "on my knee" ... Overloaded for a dozen or so months, and then dates set for the last moments. After the end of the case, there is no letter with feedback; about the fact that the matter ended up I learned only when I rang in person to the Sadu, to make sure when the next hearing was ... If the purpose was to discourage me from using the District Court in Kwidzyn, this goal was achieved.

Epic fail!!! The lady whose job (and probably in the RESPONSIBILITY) is to answer the questions sent me to the internet !!! I did not ask for legal advice, but I asked about "technical" issues in connection with the preparation and the need to file a lawsuit. As I heard the lady's reply that I should "search the internet", I tried the same question by phone ... And no, it was not a "bad day" of this lady, but a way of serving customers! Your rule, Your Honor: "The Customer Service Office (BOI) is a customer service station in which the people served receive comprehensive information that guarantees efficient communication between the customers and the court." it's pure CtrC + CtrV from another side. Absurd!!!

The mess prevailing here and the lack of any organization only shows the condition of the Polish judiciary. In the corridors there are landfills for office supplies. Nobody knows ... There is no information point either if it is badly marked or well hidden. There is practically no parking and the number of parking spaces in the area is very limited. In a word, I do not recommend ..

The lady answering the questions asked was cold !!! Sluggish !!! A post-communist servant, imbued with hostility to the interlocutor and here the question? How to talk to institutions? Today I called many institutions such as the prosecutor's office and the court not only in Pomerania, but and further in POLAND, no one has baked me as much as this lady from Kwidzyn Orchard! Mr. President, please wonder if this lady creates a friendly atmosphere around your facilities? Regards, because you as a court for one not too thinking "CHOMOSAPIENS" CANNOT SUFFER
