Ribs very good. High quality steak from Angus but a bit too raw in the middle for ordered medium-rare but that's a small minus. If I would just serve this dish differently, the meat is still in a hot pan and it continues to fry from the moment it falls from the kitchen to the table and this is not good for such meat, it looks nice but it is not practical for the dish and for the customer, also you can easily get quite burned. The pepper sauce was just cream with peppercorns, for good advice I would change it to the classic dark pepper sauce. Whenever I am in the area on vacation, I will come here again, together with Zielony Pieprzem the best restaurant I have visited in Kwidzyn.
