Hello. I am after my first visit to Auto-Figiel. Overall, I was looking for a professional to take care of my car. I got there on the recommendation of a friend. I am not an eagle of the automotive industry, so I was looking for someone who would honestly and specifically approach all repairs. For the first time I felt calm that no one wants to deceive me and charge me with unnecessary costs just because I don't know each other. I am very pleased with the approach to the subject: specific diagnosis, good contact, nothing is replaced without my knowledge, on the example of pad replacement, it turned out that the discs were also at a minimum (then express contact and ask what we do). I am diagnosed with the engine (also fast), a quick estimate and tomorrow I have an appointment for sealing. I have no concerns about whether it will be well done, because I know what their approach is and I know that they are good at what they do. You want to cooperate with such a company and invest in your car (in my case :-) I recommend the Auto-Figiel car repair shop with a clear conscience. Thank you and best regards

I used the services of Mr. Jarosław Figiel's workshop twice. I am very pleased with the services and service provided, as well as with the competitive prices. For the first time, the repair consisted of replacing the fuse. I was not tried to stretch me to replace the expensive sensors, which could also be the cause of the fault. The repair cost was PLN 10. The second service consisted of replacing the brake lines and the main fuel line. Before performing the service, I received a cost estimate that included the value of the cables as well as the cost of labor. In the end, I paid her than the cost estimate, because the time allowed for the service was actually shorter, only what was necessary was replaced and I was not charged with additional costs of parts and labor. A cost estimate for repair activities has also been prepared and should be performed in the following order. There is also a possibility of repairing the entrusted parts. Mr. Jarosław Figiel professionally advises the selection of appropriate parts, i.e. quality depending on the manufacturer and possibly the amount prepared for the repair. The offered parts ensure the appropriate quality and provide a full-fledged service. I highly recommend this workshop for honesty and customer approach.

Professional approach to the client. Very helpful professionals. What can I say ? I will not change the mechanic anymore and this is probably the best expression of quality!
