The car repaired with the perpetrator, the insurer imposed this workshop on me, I wanted on the manufacturer's website. It took a long time, the workshop explained that it was the fault of the insurer because it does not recognize all the faults. Finally, as it turned out that the insurer required them to confirm that the seat belt fault was the result of an incident, it turned out that they did not have the equipment or the ability to download information from the computer. They even offered me to pick up the car from them and go to the manufacturer's website myself. I intervened with the manufacturer and after two days the damage on the belts was recognized. When picking up the car, it turned out that there was a damage in the replacement car, for which I was in pain, but I paid, because replacing the bumper in a car of over a dozen years could cost PLN 2,500, not a bargain PLN 500. I think the owner told me that they could not change these belts because something was wrong with them, and exactly one of them was repainted. In two sentences I showed him his wrong thinking, to which he reacted, saying that it was no longer valid and a slapstick drowning out my arguments. His detective tendencies were cooled down in time. The car seems to be repaired fine, I have no complaints. The lady in the service office gives the impression of being competent, and she is certainly nice and helpful. After all, she must provide information about the incompetence and awkwardness of the boss.
