Poczta Polska is such an inept institution that it is a waste of words.
Again, I am facing the painstaking process of collecting the package that was to be delivered to Żabka.
This one star is forced, because otherwise you cannot add a comment. I really give the Post office minus 10 stars
A new level of customer irrigation. Package left at the post office without any information or advice.
The second time I didn't even get an advice note, let alone someone with a package to ring the doorbell.
I wish I could give 0 stars. Phones are answered. The fact that the post office was supposed to call me because of a missing registered letter, but I don't have to make 100 calls ... embarrassment.
