The palace was demolished after the war and was used as a building material for the construction of a nearby military unit. "From 1861, the property was owned by Adolf von Köller. The last owner of the Osieki estate was Captain Eberhard von Köller, the eldest son of Adolf von Köller. Eberhard's wife on January 10, 1942 (other sources: 1944) died suddenly. Most people suspected suicide. They said that Ms. von Stuckradt's death was caused by the malicious, fanatical influence of the local NSDAP party leader Noeske. Most likely, Eberhard's wife took her own life by taking too much sleeping pills. It was supposed to be a way of freeing herself from the constant interrogation of the Gestapo. Ms von Stuckradt-Köller she was interrogated because among her acquaintances she spoke negatively about the ongoing war and about a certain defeat for the Germans.
Eberhard has since lived in the palace with his four unmarried sisters - Julie, Brunhild, Fireda, and Elisabeth. They occupied the left wing of the palace, which was jokingly called the monastery.
Memories of Hermann Urlichs from Lubiatów (the quotation comes from the book by Mrs. Irena Elsner):
The worst was on Sunday during the mass in the Osieki church. Several owners of nearby estates had permanent places reserved for themselves there. For the von Köller family, they were provided in the gallery on the left side of the organ. The von Köller Virgins were always late for the service. When the people gathered in the church sang the first song, these ladies with a rumor crossed the threshold of the church and, not yet taking their place, joined the singing, incredibly falsifying that everyone's ears were swollen.
Soviet soldiers shot Eberhard a week after the capture of Osiek (March 17, 1945), when he tried to defend himself during the looting of the palace. "Pomorskie.dipp.info.pl
As the previous speaker wrote: a few trees and rubbish.
Old trees are covered with a thick layer of garbage
