We have extensive experience in verifying recreation and leisure centers. Therefore, from the professional standpoint, we would like to present the changes that we found in a much different infrastructure in terms of infrastructure, but enormously different in terms of care for visitors to the Pod Sosnami holiday resort on Lake Zbiczno. The new owner and his employees create an atmosphere and customer care at a truly European level, and even better because with a hint of Polish hospitality. Already at the reception, the registration man shows great care and help. Our luggage, from the parking lot to the destination / cottage /, is carried by another nice gentleman in a "melex". Ladies serving guests in the restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner deserve special recognition. Starting with the chefs preparing very tasty meals and ending with the young ladies waitresses, among whom the kind and very nice Mrs. Malwina leads the way. This lovely crew is the pride of this resort and it is heart-felt to enjoy it as tourists. Many thanks to the new owners and their crew. This ship is going in the right direction. Congratulations.
