I stayed at this hotel for several days in August. I would like to highly recommend this hotel. Near the center, walking path to the center (PKP Ustroń Zdrój) takes 20 minutes. You can take a bus (Ustroń Muflon). A few minutes from the hotel there are Pijalnia Woda, Leśny Park Niespodzianek and a church. The hotel has a very nice and professional service. Ladies at the reception and in the restaurant very helpful. Breakfasts and dinners are very rich and tasty. The rooms are clean, although the maid only replaced the garbage bag in the bathroom. Apparently general cleaning takes place after the guest has left. In closing, I strongly encourage you to visit this hotel. The price-performance ratio is very good.

The hotel's best times are definitely over. Very clean. Decent breakfasts, but not crazy. In the raging covid, when the region was marked as the yellow zone, there were still parties in the hotel, where the average age was 60+. A huge disadvantage is that you have to pay for a parking space, but not necessarily get it!
