Fantastic place to stay in Ustron. It's located right in the middle of the Ustron with all restaurants, pubs and others just a few steps away (also just 5 minutes walk from the main train station and 2 minutes to the river). Despite the central location the place is really nice, calm and quiet. I have meet the owner whom is a real nice older gentleman with the very calm, easy and approaching attitude. The only minus from my for this spot is the lack of breakfast being served to the guest on the mornings - you have to head in to the nearby restaurants which are usually open from 10 AM.

I recommend it with all my heart. We have been coming here for 4 years, 2-3 times a year. The owner is very nice and helpful. The rooms are nice, well-kept, made of wood, always super prepared. There is a fridge in the room. A kitchenette with pots, cutlery, plates, microwave and kettle. There is also a place in the kitchen where you can eat. The car park is for about 6 cars, the gate is locked at night, so it's safe. On the ground floor there is a pool table (1 game is PLN 1). There is a train nearby, but that doesn't bother at all. The property is close to a river, a park and an amphitheater. Walk to the center about 10 minutes. Prices very affordable for everyone :) I recommend! We will definitely be back again.

Very nice owner, good money, rooms tidy, building in good condition, parking for 8 cars, lockable gate, close to the river and the amphitheater. I recommend.

Lovely place . Peace and quiet close to the center. A very nice owner. Clean rooms fully equipped. One tiny minus for the kitchen - no cloths and a dish sponge to replace. Besides, I sincerely recommend it.
