Could do with further improvements or add ons for rooms, no fridge or AC in rooms which is quite tiring during a warm season. Not enough designated smoking areas, balconies only open and close from inside. A lot of older people. Place ideal for seniors 60+, it offers a care package as a part of the price, massages and therapies.

I strongly advise against this "Hotel". We planned our stay there long before the pandemic. The request to postpone the date was rejected, although I was initially assured that it would not be a problem - in the end, Mrs. Dorota from the receptionist stated that "it is not possible", literally laughing into the receiver. The people who were supposed to rest there are elderly and were afraid of leaving due to the epidemiological situation in the country - the hotel staff did not see any problem in this. I asked to speak to the management - to no avail. In the last 2 weeks, the number of Hotel Ziemowit in Ustroń has been busy all the time, probably so that no one could contact them. We tried to contact us from different phone numbers - to no avail. I advise you to think twice before you decide to book!

Plus for the swimming pool - new and quite large, nicely glazed to the garden. Very good breakfast and dinner, some of the dishes are certainly made on the spot: pastas, pancakes, cakes, good and fresh bread. The location of the hotel is a great advantage - silence and places for walks right next to the hotel and at the same time very close to the center and the route to Równica. A very large room and a bathroom. Unfortunately, there are also downsides. In the room all furniture was broken sofa, cupboards etc. Dirty walls! and one of the 2 windows damaged and out of use! Why wasn't it just fixed? It's a pity because the cost of these repairs and refreshments is minimal. The reception staff is not very smiling - they do not make coffee despite the coffee machine and they were terribly official. But the service in the restaurant on 6.

I have visited the hotel for the second time. The September trip in "new conditions imposed by regulations" was successful. The swimming pool, jacuzzi and dry sauna are working. Buffet breakfast and dinner, food served by the staff. This is an option for me that should stay in hotels forever. We will avoid people from "touching" their food, talking over food, sneezing, or coughing, apart from the potential lack of personal hygiene. In the general part, an order to wear masks. Overall I would recommend a stay. Breakfast and dinner with lots of choice. More colonial dinners. But if you pay 15 PLN per night for a diet, the cook will prepare something at our request
