Hello, I would like to warn potential customers of this store against shipping purchases. On Tuesday, August 18 this year, I ordered the phone the same day, made a transfer and sent SMS confirmation. On the second day, I sent a confirmation by e-mail. I informed the seller that I was going on vacation next week and the phone had to arrive on Monday at the latest, the seller assured me that the package would be sent the next day (Thursday) and that I would definitely get a call on Monday. On Monday, the package did not arrive, I wanted to get a tracking number to contact the courier and pick up the package on my way to vacation. I did not receive the number. On Monday, August 31, I contacted the seller again so that the package would be sent again. I waited until Friday, after many calls and SMS I received the tracking number and it turned out that it was sent 3 hours earlier. In the advertisement, the seller wrote that if the customer does not collect the parcel (cost PLN 39), the store sends it twice at its own expense. Now I have been charged a re-shipment of PLN 20 because, according to the store, I am guilty of not collecting the package. To sum up, I waited 5 days for the store to send the parcel again. The whole event will take 3 weeks and all because of the lack of competence of the stand employee and respect for the customer's time. I do not recommend anyone to buy at this stand. I got an exhibition phone instead of a new one, no SIM tray and no warranty promised in the announcement. I reported the matter and the seller has nothing to complain about, I cannot return the phone because it is incomplete. The case will go to the consumer ombudsman.
