I insulate the building near this workshop, what I saw prompted me to write an opinion. Two people came out of the workshop, I think that the employees started the car, started on a cold engine with a screech of tires and, pushing the gas, tried it on a narrow road. Having this picture of not respecting someone else's property, I advise against.
