"Agata" travel agency is an excellent choice. There were no unpleasant surprises during my stay in the Bieszczady Mountains. Great standard of the resort, very good food and friendly service. I definitely recommend using the Agata travel agency. Bożena, students approach the client, reasonable prices and, above all, compliance with the program. When choosing an Agata travel agency, you can be sure about quality and satisfaction. Iwona, the guide, is a person who approaches work very professionally and reliably. She is an extremely competent, helpful and empathetic person who works at full capacity. Always full of vigor and smiling - work is her hobby. Everything you do is buttoned up. May there be as many people as possible - I wish you all, Mrs. Iwona as a pilot. As a group, we will definitely want to repeat the trip. We would like to thank her with all our hearts for her warmth and wish her every success. Thank you very much and best regards to the group of diabetics from Rydułtowy - see you - Aniela

With all due respect to the previous speaker, I recommend reading the "PWN Universal Encyclopedia" and checking two dates. I am talking about the dates: Trip and Holidays. Since this is a trip, logic can tell that there will be a lot of walking there. Each time we left the bus, it was told where we were going, what we were visiting and how long it would take. It is also a lie that one crossing was only 300m. I can list right away. 1) Panorama of the Bieszczady Mountains. 2) Dam on Lake Solina. 3) Visiting the church where you went uphill. Moreover, the walk around Iwonicz was not short-distance either. However, I agree that the knowledge of the guide - Mr. Piotr, was huge and admirable. And as for the person of Mrs. Iwona's babysitter, I do not agree with these arguments. Mrs. Iwona introduces a kind of relaxed atmosphere into the deathly silence that reigns on the coach. The next time you decide to "TRIP", I suggest you take comfortable shoes or slippers to sit in the room with you, I also recommend headphones to relax on the bus and while sitting and relaxing in the room.

I would like to write a few lines about the September trip with Agata Tourist Office in Bieszczady. The trip was short, it took three days, I know that in such a short time you cannot see the entire Bieszczady Mountains. The proposed program had to be limited, but that does not mean that it was not implemented. We watched the Bieszczady Mountains from the bus window, we were about three hundred meters away from the asphalt, and the planned ascent to the mountain pasture took place only visually. We saw many interesting monuments, but the Bieszczady Mountains are also nature. In addition, I have reservations about the tour leaders. There was a repeated problem that when leaving the bus we did not know where and for how long we were going (whether to take a backpack, appropriate clothing, drink, food). Mr. Piotr showed a lot of knowledge and tried to tell us as much as possible about the region, but he lost a lot in the presence of Mrs. Iwona. Mrs. Iwona is beyond the function of being the guardian of the trip. The behavior of Mrs. Iwona leaves much to be desired, she is very loud, talks a lot and it seems to me that she will often say something first and then think. It may be liked by regular visitors of trips with Agata's Office, for me it was embarrassing and unprofessional behavior, even counting the trip participants did not work out Mrs. Iwona, she left the bus not knowing whether all participants had left or stayed on the bus. In addition, the travel agency, when organizing a trip to the mountains (Bieszczady), should raise awareness and inform participants that physical fitness is necessary, because the lack of this information meant that people with health problems participated in the trip. The result of these shortcomings was the reduction of the program without the consent of the participants, yet for many participants the trip was an extreme effort. I am sorry to leave negative feedback.

I recommend it with full responsibility. Organizing holidays in Macedonia in the year of the pandemic is a mega achievement that was not undertaken by large travel agencies. Our holidays not only came to fruition, but were also safe and refined in every detail. All the people who have provided us with this wonderful holiday deserve recognition. From the head of the nice ladies' office, who patiently dispels our doubts, to wonderful drivers and, of course, Jordan, who took care of us there. Comfortable conditions, delicious food and a perfectly prepared program of stay
