I am after two operations for L3 / L4 herniation. After the first surgery there were problems with maintaining balance and movement. Left leg paresis increased and left thigh atrophy progressed. Strong pain in the hips and lower back persisted. Despite two stays in rehabilitation hospitals, there was no improvement and I did not gain mobility. The rehabilitator with whom I worked outside the hospital and I am still working is Mr. Grzegorz Kolisz. After the second surgery and further rehabilitation with P. Grzegorz, I gained efficiency; I'm not afraid of falling and I'm climbing the stairs. P. Grzegorz Kolisz in rehabilitation uses a variety of exercises tailored to my ailments and appropriate techniques for relieving pain and removing muscle tension. Thanks to rehabilitation conducted by Mr. Grzegorz I can function in everyday life, for which I am very grateful. I recommend and wish people in need of help so that they can take advantage of such professional rehabilitation offered by Mr. Grzegorz Kolisz. Maria K.
