Hopeless contact with the customer. In fact, no reply has e-mails, except for sporadic cases. When asked about the composition of the products, they refer to stores, although they probably have the most knowledge about it in the bakery. For bread: wholemeal rye bread without yeast is actually sourdough, but wheat. This is at least strange. The bread is rye and the sourdough is wheat. This negatively affects both the taste of the bread and its texture.
