I drove an hour and returned from Wodzisław, I stood in the queue in front of the store for 15 minutes, in a minute I found out that Metabo does not repair anyone, although Erigo repairs and another person. I felt like I lost my time and was disinformed.
Very good store, prices for regular customers too. I bought a lot of Bosch power tools there, from demolition hammers to the smallest grinders in the 6 store when it comes to service, consulting and assortment. Repair is a tragedy long time ago I stopped repairing the equipment there repairing a drill 2 months repairing a demolition hammer 3.5 months after that 3 weeks of waiting for a repair quote. I only leave 5 stars because they really have good equipment at affordable prices.
Embarrassing company. The website is open until 4 p.m., of course, on the website and according to google not a word about it, I was 4:02 p.m. but you can no longer accept the equipment. I would like to add that the access to them is tragic and because of the road renovation I drove 20 minutes longer, but 2 minutes late the Lord will not see me anymore. and I have no complaints that someone does not want to see me after hours - the problem is that opening hours are given everywhere until 5 pm and service at 4:02 pm was refused !!!
