We do not recommend the office in Jastrzębie, especially cooperation with Mrs. Marta G. Fakt, she arranged a nice hotel for us but unfortunately it only ended there. During our vacation there was a random event for which we had to pay on the spot at a rate of about PLN 500. Of course, we took out additional insurance before departure, so we immediately informed Mrs. Marta about this situation. We have received from her assurance that the insurance covers this event and covers its costs in full. Immediately after returning, we took her receipt from the hotel and she promised to report it to the insurer and get our money back as soon as possible. Over 4 months have passed and still silence in our case. We wrote to Marta, called and each time she promised to check it and then there was silence again. Therefore, we decided to contact the insurer directly and it turned out that there was no such application in the system at all! Of course, we reported to Marta again, she explained that she was on vacation and on Monday he will answer this issue. Unfortunately ... still silence. We already give up, but we feel obliged to warn others about the incompetence of this lady, because matters related to holidays should bring only nice emotions and not nerves and disappointments.

As for the office - professionalism above all. From professionally prepared offers, to valuable advice, tips and zero hidden costs, which in other travel agencies come out in the so-called in the meantime. As for Mrs. Marta G. - the right person in the right place. As for the holidays - the best we have been to. With a clear conscience I recommend office services - especially Mrs. Marta. Certainly me and my family will also use the services of Sun Travel in Jastrzębie.

We have just returned from our family vacation and all we can say is thank you !! 😊 You have chosen an offer ideally suited to our needs. She patiently answered all our questions :) When presenting offers, Marta is based on knowledge and experience, not on what everyone can see on the monitor screen (unfortunately it often happens in other travel agencies) Each subsequent vacation only with this travel agency😁
