Never again. Cyfrowy Polsat After contacting the helpline I got information and I have to go to the point to exchange the modem. Well, modem under pache and on Rencow. On the spot, the manager with a disarming honesty says that there is no such modem to exchange me and can not order because it comes to him what the warehouse ordered and the warehouse ordered other modems. And I have to go post punk and ask where they have such a modem. Phone again on the hotline. The young lady says the same thing. I am supposed to drive around points and ask. No phone number for points. After the fuss and threat of breaking the contract there are telephone numbers to the nearest points. And call yourself a client and look for where is the model of the modem you signed up for. What if it was not? Well, shrug - you have to wait. How much ? I do not know. But the knowledge that you need to send an emil reminding you that the payment deadline is approaching. Now I will not know which day is a month and I will not pay on time. I do not recommend this point, the service in this place is incompetent, the knowledge of employees about the offered services of the Plus network is mediocre, they do not know what they sell, in the case of complaints are surly, ramshackle and not very helpful. The only cultural person at this point is the manager, but apparently has no influence on his subordinates.
