Samo centrum więc trochę mało miejsca na zaparkowanie ale maja kilka swoich stanowisk. Dobrze wyposażony, z reguły wszystko jest na miejscu a jak zamawia sie przez Internet to szybko odszukali paczki. Trochę mało obsługi bo ciężko czasami o pomoc w doborze sprzętu ale zdarzyło mi się to raz na trzy wizyty. Nie można dać więcej gwiazdek bo musieliby jeszcze na rękach chodzić aby opinia była wyższa.

We came with a child for an electric scooter of a given model, which was there for PLN 700 in the promotion, where the employee did everything that I would not buy it, proposing more expensive models, so we decided to come in 2 hours to make sure what he was talking about, it turned out that the price was wrong, so he set us off and he improved it for 1000 PLN, saying that the price changed in 2 hours, regret I bought it in another store.

I will not buy anything more in this store. For several months I have been struggling with a monitor purchased there for PLN 500, which clearly displays the video image incorrectly (no matter what device it is connected to), and also has a few other minor faults. At the beginning, I reported the matter in the traditional way, through the Samsung website, where my concerns were confirmed on the basis of recorded videos and photos that registered irregularities. A problem with the motherboard has been suggested. I also consulted with an IT friend who said that the image is clearly not displayed properly and that it is not a matter of settings. The monitor went to a service cooperating with the store, which found no fault. So I decided to advertise the device. Today, on the spot in the store, I received a complaint decision (from the same website as before) that everything works as it should. I asked a store employee to connect the monitor to check its operation after returning from inspection and to demonstrate the problem. She refused, saying that the store had nothing to do with it and that I had to contact the service for the first time on my own. She gave me the monitor in an unsecured, open box, adding under her breath that I would find the technical specification inside. The "specification" came down to one page with the same content that I had received previously. Conclusion: The store deeply respects good customer relations and helping to solve the problem. I understand that you are not responsible for the possible repair, but in this case the customer should have the right to have the equipment received checked by a third party. Especially when a complaint is already involved and it is another attempt to report a defect. And here there was no attempt to establish dialogue. I came home with the same problem that I had, and the store washes my hands, sending me to the service in WARSAW, where I am not able to drive me personally and check what the inspection is about and why it does not diagnose my problem. I am curious if the website checked the equipment again. Maybe someone here will be interested in my situation? Should I pay a specialist on my own and return to the store with his opinion and the consumer ombudsman under my arm, demanding compensation exceeding the cost of purchasing the monitor?
