Problems with back pain kept me awake at night. Someone told me to visit Jacek. A detailed interview at the beginning, then manual therapy, exercises thanks to which I regained sleep, balance and energy. I recommend Jacek with a clear conscience, because he is a physiotherapist by calling.

Hello all. I will be brief and to the point ... Mr. Jacek is a unique specialist in his field, conducts a specific interview with the patient, analyzes, explains where the problem is, how it arose and finally how to get rid of it. He chooses the right exercise, teaches them how to perform it correctly, because it needs to be done at home, with each visit is getting better, but of course you have to follow the recommendations of Mr. Jacek and exercise honestly. My problem with the lumbar section (cracked disc) Mr. Jacek closed in five visits, now I can walk, work and function normally without pain, of course I still use exercises and advice from Mr. Jacek. I can recommend Mr. Jacek with a clear conscience, because he is very good at what he does and cares about the health of his patients. Thank you Mr. Jacek 👍💪

Mr. Jacek Wilk is an extremely experienced physiotherapist. If the pain in your life is so annoying that it deprives you of the joy of life, and visits to subsequent physiotherapists have no effect and you think that it is a waste of money and time, you must visit Mr. Jacek. Personally, I went through everything that I described above and only Mr. Jacek brought me back to life. During each visit he makes a thorough interview and most importantly he immediately gets to the heart of the cause of pain. In my example, all I needed was 4 visits to Mr. Jacek and strict adherence to the guidelines given in his everyday life during visits. The effect is that for over half a year I have not felt any pain, even minor, while before I went to bed and got up very sore. With a clear conscience I recommend Mr. Jacek. Sensational specialist. I am very glad that I used therapy with Mr. Jacek. He is a unique person. He listens carefully to what hurts, patiently explains why and gives effective advice on how to help himself. He makes sure that exercises and treatments were done "at the point". He is polite and professional. Rehabilitation with him is in my opinion the best choice.

I recommend Mr. Jacek Wilk as a professional physiotherapist. After carefully listening to me, he diagnosed my problems. As a result of rehabilitation in class and at home, my terrible pain in the shoulder, arm, breast and neck disappeared. I think that the accurate diagnosis resulting from Mr. Jacek's extensive experience and conducted rehabilitation enabled me to return to functioning in everyday life without pain.
