DO NOT ACCEPT COMPLAINTS! I am surprised how such a company can fail to recognize the complaint time after a year ?. I bought 2 pairs of expensive glasses after a year of putting on one ear (the handle was left in my hand). There is still a long complaint period for glasses. I have worn the second glasses there only a few times, who knows, maybe my hands will also fall apart. I wanted an ordinary repair of the handle, I need glasses for work every day, I asked for an urgent settlement of the complaint. It was after a week that I received information on the phone that the complaint was not recognized. I am disappointed with VISION EXPRESS! I will never buy glasses here again! I will not recommend this company to anyone.
After the purchase of glasses and a dozen or so attempts to match them to my face by several opticians working there, I was promised to order the same frames to match because the ones I have are too bent, they were supposed to call me in a few days, I'm waiting for the second week and no phone call not picking up there
The best optician I know. I've been making glasses there for years and I always come out happy. Professional service!
A large optics shop in the AKS Shopping Center. Well stocked with all kinds of glasses, lenses, frames and cat lenses.
Professional and friendly service. The glasses purchased here are sturdy.
