First contact with the service and so far positive impressions. The gentlemen decided to install a rear-view camera on the Renault Clio Hatchback 1.2Tce EDC. Other services claimed that it is not in the specification at the factory, while specialists from Vector adjusted the Dacia webcam, aesthetically installed it right next to the license plate, and configured the MediaNav system. Everything quickly and efficiently (everything from handing over the car to picking up in less than 3 hours). Good job. I recommend.

Service of Renault Master 2.3dCI 180KM - WE673YM car, bought new in March 2020. The car consumes 2-3 liters of engine oil per 10,000 km from the beginning, for Renault it is "NORMAL". In addition, it turned out that the right rear tire is cut from the outside (!). Mrs. Basia sitting in the service said that the wrong tire pressure and even the air suspension (I will add - factory Renault) is to blame. A very competent answer :) The car consumes 10-11 liters per 100km while driving slowly without a trailer (tow truck) (smooth driving 100km / h on the road). Renault advertising: "the new Master burns up to a liter less". It uses oil in enormous amounts, moreover, the coolant has lost about 3-4 cm in the tank for 30,000 km. Apparently not much, but the fluid should not be lost at all? I assume that the head gasket is damaged from new (factory defect). The website does not react - but what to expect from such competence? I am disappointed with the service and the car. I use a few other tow trucks (there are also Mastery, only older ones) - no oil or coolant consumption. I would not be angry if I was treated normally and the fault was removed (oil !!!) - my friends have new Mastery and nobody has a problem with oil consumption! The car is currently 73,000 km long. People get over your head and do something about it! :) In the attachment, a printout of the geometry - the right rear wheel on an unregulated beam is outside the norm (circles). The difference is only about 1mm, but this is a new car. And the tire is sheared because of that.

Visiting the Dacia showroom about 2 weeks ago. In conclusion - a massacre. After entering the salon, the lady invited me to her desk, I asked about specific models, among others Dacia Logan in standard versions - I got a little oily answer that there are no more, except for one Stepway, much more expensive than the basic one. When I did not express interest in this art, I heard that there are no logans anymore, you can't even see it as it looks because it is not in the showroom, this year it is not produced anymore and you do not accept orders for next year. I asked for a test drive with any Sandero, I heard that there is no possibility now, and total olew. The lady does not really understand what she is doing, she shows not what the client is interested in by forcefully pressing the stepway versions, despite repeatedly saying that I am not interested. All in all, being used for years to different service in showrooms, and even much better service to the seller in the Renault Vector showroom, I was a bit shocked at the level of the oil and talking about buying a car, where I had the impression that I would tell myself more about the models than the seller , I had to force myself to watch anything.

Very helpful employees, I recommend the salesman, Mr. Paweł Szymański, even though I bought a car two years ago, he still answers all my questions. Ladies in insurance very nice. Service quickly and efficiently with a washed car. I recommend

I do not recommend the Vector website in Bielsko because they trick customers into cash. After three years of using the car (a new one was bought in a showroom in Bielsko and serviced), we gave the car to the service because the air conditioning stopped working. They repaired, said that the cable went, they deleted PLN 600 after discounts, the air conditioning worked for about 1.5 months. We gave it to the service again and this time, without even checking, they said that the radiator went and the repair with a discount that Renault gives 50%, we will pay PLN 1400. I gave up on repair, we were driving without an efficient air-conditioning. In the end, we gave the car to a very good mechanic and after checking the car, it turned out that the radiator did not go, but the cable that had to be welded, so I would pay 1400 zlotys in the service and the air conditioning would not work, I believe that this is stretching people for money, so I do not recommend of this site.
