I called the company to explain this misunderstanding, it turned out that the error actually occurred on the company's website, so I asked for a bill of lading so that I could send my laptop back. Ultimately, I did not receive the letter and the Lord excused himself with the lack of time. So I sent the laptop back at my own expense. I had to find out myself what was happening to him because nobody bothered to inform me. It turned out that the product I bought at the auction was sold stationary (?) to someone else ... A very nice lady offered me a replacement for another laptop with similar components. However, the auction was as messy as in the previous one, I didn't know whether to follow the title, description or parameters. Ultimately, I gave up on further cooperation and asked for a refund. I received the refund immediately on my account along with the shipping costs that I covered. As an apology, I received a wireless mouse. I do not recommend the online store, I think that it is better to buy something from them stationary, it will certainly be faster. Thank you very much, nice lady for quick and specific service. I do not thank the idle gentleman who did not give me any specific information and explained his lack of competence with a huge amount of work.

The laptop purchased from them several times sent back for warranty sat there longer than it was used by me, and repairs and sending back the equipment I would probably not have been able to wait for without many admonitions on my part.
