I ordered the AOC C24G2AE monitor. After nine days of waiting, a lady called me to say that the monitor was unavailable and the order was canceled. If this is how customers are also treated in other stores, I do not recommend Media Expert completely!

Hello, I ordered the equipment via the Internet with collection at the store.At 19 o'clock I got a message that the equipment is available for collection in an hour because I live 40 km away from the store, I went the next day to the opening of the store, i.e. 9:00 and the first customer and the lady informs me that the equipment is damaged to return. Unfortunately, if this is how customers are treated in this store, I am sorry to admit it, but I do not recommend shopping in this store to anyone.
Nobody even apologized to me for this situation.
