The ladies are very rude, they scold the buyers, waiting for the man to leave .... They don't like the people in the store. You can see that they work with a must. The tone of the voice is tense, cold, and TEACHING a buyer who instantly gets so tiny. People go there just because there is nowhere to buy buttons and zippers nearby ..... Every time I feel an ugly atmosphere in this store. Old ladies are treated particularly badly, as if with contempt.
