If I could, I would have given a quarter star or 1/8. The seller commits unfair consumer practices by misleading customers regarding information on reimbursement for the complaint and amicable settlement of disputes. The seller comes up with the law in his own way, he does not care about the opinion of the customer, the consumer ombudsman, he even has his own store regulations deeply. Typical for the gate and we don't know each other. The fewer such januszy the better.

I wish I had read these negative reviews sooner. The shoes fell apart along the entire sole after half a year of occasional use (oh, naive me, I only wore them from a big bell, because so expensive and nice!), The seller considered the complaint negatively, not referring to the content of the complaint very precisely and apparently without seeing the condition returned footwear. The material runs off along the entire sole, identically and symmetrically in both shoes, and the answer is that damage with a sharp tool. Contact with the customer ombudsman for nothing, the seller does not agree to a consumer arbitration court. Watch out for this company and read the reviews on Google.

Shoes after 1.5 years began to fall apart. The sole comes off, the material breaks at the seams and the seams come off. Adidas Terrex Swift Solo shoes that is for outdoor use and are used only in the city for work, walks, etc. Despite what they are intended for, the complaint is not recognized. Justifiably the same as in the case of its predecessors - incorrect use and care, etc. Shoes for almost PLN 300. With so many opinions, such unreliable companies should be closed. I do not recommend the company and advise against others.

I do not recommend it to anyone, the shoes fell apart after two months of use, the complaint was rejected (the sole cracked) and the original, for nothing, prompts and consumer federations ... you have to pursue your rights in court. If someone wants to step on a mine, he can take advantage of their offer.
