Nice people but average bank

Hello, I opened with his wife in Alior Bank account and I started with this bank problems. Ever since I went to Ukraine for two months. Every month, 25 PLN was removed from the account, and when I shot 20 PLN in banks without commission, the bank took another +5 PLN for every 20 PLN. Having come back to Poland and went to this branch to close the account, a bank employee told me that she could not close the account, that I needed to go to Oswiecim to the bank and close there. How so? If I opened an account in Helmec. I went to Oswiecim and closed the account, paid 2 PLN for closing the account, and a bank employee said that the account would be closed within 10 working days. It took three (3) weeks, I come SMS, that bank is not close my account. I'm shocked. I came to the ward in Helmek to ask why? I was told that you should go to Oswiecim. I call the hotline and there is no operator (for the second time) The conclusion is that you need to close due to run out, spend precious time and nerves, but also money. I do not advise Allor Bank. Thanks.
