NZOZ Medident

At Medident, I had the opportunity to visit Dr. Mikołajczyk several times with my 6-year-old son. We were very pleased with the visits, Dr. Ms has a good approach to children. However, after today's scandalous situation, we do not intend to appear in this place anymore. We signed up for the visit at the end of June, 2 days before the visit, we received a text message asking for confirmation and another invitation. After entering Medident, we found out that there was a mistake and instead of visiting Dr. Mikołajczyk, we signed up to Dr. Maciejewska. I would also prefer to continue the treatment with one doctor, but as my son had had a toothache for several days, it was all the same to us at that moment, just to shorten the child's suffering. However, Dr. Maciejewska refused to admit us, despite the pain, despite booking a visit for a month. She preferred to sit in an empty office because there is a rule that one doctor does not treat another doctor's patients, even in emergencies. When asked what if we would like to sign up for it permanently - there is no such possibility, we received exactly this information. It then remains to give up the entire facility. I asked the receptionist to speak to Dr. Maciejewska, but unfortunately it was not possible either. To put it simply, we were left with little consolation that tomorrow Dr. Mikołajczyk might find a place, maybe not. I haven't been treated so badly for a long time, a total lack of respect for the patient, his time and health. I would understand such a situation in a facility at the National Health Fund, where the standard is to treat the patient in this way, but not in a supposedly valued private facility where considerable money + PLN 80 is left. additional invented "covid". With this approach, I do not bode well for success. Where sucked-out procedures begin, empathy ends there. It is the way of solving such situations that shows whether a given facility or doctors can be counted on. As you can see from the opinions 7 months ago, the child of Mr. Paweł Szwak was treated in a similar way and not much has changed since then. I leave it to potential patients for consideration whether they would like to be treated this way.

I do not recommend this place. They adopted my 6 year old daughter with suppuration on the gum. The doctor declared the child's treatment and dental care. She promised to keep in touch as the situation progresses. Nobody contacted, after several attempts to register their daughter, they refused treatment. There was a problem and they washed their hands. They left the child with pain and suppuration. They only whisk money on trivial cases and pull people. Lack of ethics. I understand everything, but treat a child like that. SHAME.

Very nice and friendly atmosphere and a customer approach. I definitely recommend it.

I highly recommend Medident !!! Dr. Małgorzata Mikołajczyk is a great man. Doctor with appointment !! At every stage of treatment, all helpful - the whole team of Medident !! Once again, I recommend Mrs. Małgorzata !! simply EXCELLENT !!!
