During the first visit the doctor was not prepared (he did not have equipment with him on which to view x-rays from the disc). It was necessary to make an appointment. In addition, he had to bring his equipment to play the disc. In the X-ray picture he did not see the fracture of the hand, which is actually on it. The cost of the visit was PLN 100. The pros were the doctor noticing a twisted thumb in two places, prescribing the ointment and explaining some ambiguities.
