Once a really recommendable florist, unfortunately not now. For the smashed basket delivered by flower mail, I didn't even hear I'm sorry. In fact, I was blamed for putting too many products in the bin instead of calling and finding out because the ladies had my phone number. I was ordering there for many years, but after two more failures of ladies from florists, and especially the last one, I came to the conclusion that there are many really better and more reliable florists in Żywiec.
