Great jeweller shop in a lovely town with helpful and friendly staff

The service is nice if you want to do shopping, worse if there is a problem when the purchased goods breaks down within 6 days of purchase. They did not want to accept my complaint at the point of purchase, i.e. at Tesco, I was sent to the point at Kościuszko. There you accepted the complaint because you could not refund the money for the purchased goods. The complaint was supposed to last 14 days, but to date, no one has bothered to call me, although more than a month has passed. The store does not take into account the consumer's right to a cash refund for the purchased goods up to 14 days from its purchase. Such information was given to me only after I paid for the goods.

Full professionalism. Purchase "at a distance" made with the help of the ladies from the salon over the phone and a sampler sent to the address. Huge knowledge of goldsmithing, thanks to which we received beautiful wedding rings. We are delighted with the professionalism and kindness of the ladies working there. Let me add that we visited several large jewelry stores in our city, and Taxor beat them all. I would highly recommend.
