Personally, I think he is a weak and dishonest lawyer. It is based on false testimony, probably doesn't know the law very well, if it uses it. Not very substantive, maybe he takes things too much and does not apply himself. I'm talking about family matters - maybe she's better at something else .. because that's how you take everything. I recommend specialists in a specific field and with more experience.
