Poor service, no one answers the phone, the package is sent to the wrong address each time and then you have to pick it up personally because IT IS TOO MUCH for the courier to be able to deliver it to the correct address again. I do not recommend it and I am disappointed.
I am a frequent customer and I cannot say a bad word. Long working hours, wide assortment. How much work is normal that it's hard to get through. And for parcels larger than those to the box, there is a delivery notice and such information. But it's easy to criticize without basic knowledge.
